● Introduction:
PTFE film tape is made of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) molding material, and is molded and formed on a high-purity and dust-free water line. It is made of high-quality PTFE (Teflon) by German unique, fine and high-precision process technology. The film is used as a tape base, and a special surface treatment method is applied, and a PTFE (Teflon) film attached film or a roll-shaped pressure-sensitive self-adhesive tape is prepared by applying a pressure sensitive adhesive on one side.
● Main uses：
1． Wide application of wind blades, composite mold release;
2． Smooth friction coefficient 0.1;
3． Not sticky, even high viscosity fluids are difficult to adhere;
4． Drug resistance Most drugs can be used;
5． Weather resistance is hardly degraded.
● Main feature：
1. Smooth surface, good wear resistance;
2. Show good stability in strong acid, strong base and salt solutions;
3. Temperature resistance: - 70 ℃ ~ + 260 ℃ (continuity);
4. Elongation: 100%, voltage breakdown: 25kV.
