Main application:
Glass fiber coated silicone rubber products are a new type of composite materials, in recent years in foreign countries at a rapid development, the basic annual growth rate of 15%, has been widely used in construction, electrical insulation, flexible pipe connection, chemical corrosion, sealing and other fields.
Mainly used in the following fields:
(1) Electrical insulation silicone rubber coated glass fiber film structure materials, with higher electrical insulation grade, can withstand high voltage load, can be made into insulation cloth, bushing and other products.
(2) Non-metallic compensator, as a flexible connecting device of pipeline, can solve the problem of damage to pipeline caused by heat expansion and cold contraction. Silicone rubber coated glass fiber film structure material is used as the base material of flexible expansion joint, with high temperature, corrosion resistance and aging resistance, excellent elasticity and flexibility.It has been widely used in petroleum, chemical industry, cement, steel, energy and other fields, and has achieved good results.
(3) Anticorrosive silicone rubber coated glass fiber, can be used as pipelines, storage tanks inside and outside the anticorrosive layer, excellent anticorrosive performance, high temperature resistance, high strength, is an ideal anticorrosive material.
(4) Other fields of silicone rubber coated glass fiber film structural materials, can be used in building sealing materials, high temperature anticorrosive conveyor belt, packaging materials and other fields.
